Fees

Swapasite's listing and success fees apply to all listings.

Listing fee — $19

The seller pays this fee to create the listing.

Success fee — 5.0%

The success fee is paid when the auction concludes successfully. The seller determines who pays the success fee: they may pay it themselves, split the charge with the buyer, or have the buyer pay the fee.

Success fee cap — $100

The success fee will never be higher than this maximum.

Success fee minimum — $5

The success fee will never be lower than this minimum.

Waive success fee — $50

The seller can choose to pay up-front to have no success fee apply on a sale.

Swapasite's range of listing upgrades will help your listing gain more valuable attention.

Or, if you'd prefer more privacy, you can restrict access to your listing to logged-in Swapasite.com users only.

Tweet listing to @swapasite followers — $10

Your listing will be publicized to all of Swapasite's Twitter followers.

Listing featured on the front page — $10

Your listing will be featured on the front page of Swapasite for a limited period.

Screenshot on listing row — $5

A screenshot of your property will appear alongside your listing on the listings page.

Border added to the listing row — $5

Your listing will appear with a border on the listings pages.

Listing title in bold — $5

The title of your listing will appear in bold, both on the listings pages and in search results.

Listing row highlighted — $5

Your listing will appear highlighted in color on the listings pages and in search results.

Hide from search engines and non-logged in users — $10

Your listing will not be included in off-site search engine results, and won't be visible to users who aren't logged in to Swapasite. This will significantly decrease the exposure of your listing, making it very private.
